Yoga for beginners and advanced

At Slowmotion, we offer yoga for men at a beginner level, where we go through the classic yoga poses at a leisurely pace. The teaching is focused on correct technique, stability and breathing, so you get a solid foundation to build on.

The classes combine elements from Hatha yoga and Yin yoga, providing a good balance between strength and relaxation. The Hatha part strengthens the body and improves endurance, while the Yin part works with deep stretches and peace of mind.

You don’t need any previous experience to participate – just the desire to move and challenge your body in a new way.

Small teams with a focus on quality

We value quality over quantity. That’s why our yoga for men classes consist of a few participants, so the instructor has time to help and correct each individual participant. This means that you get a more personal and safe experience, where the exercises are adapted to your level.

Yoga is also a form of exercise that can be combined with other physical activities. Many people choose to supplement yoga with pilates, pilates reformer, body reformer or a personal trainer with us to achieve a stronger and more flexible body.
