Our classes combine Hatha yoga and Yin yoga, so you get both the active and the more immersive elements. We have small classes, where there is room for presence, focus on quality in the exercises and the individual class participant.
You will find our premises right next to Islands Brygge in Copenhagen. Bryggen is easy to get to, whether you are coming from Copenhagen or the surrounding area.
What is yoga?

What is Hatha yoga?
The vast majority of yoga styles taught in our part of the world fall under the general category of “Hatha yoga.” However, Hatha yoga is often used to describe a simple, basic yoga practice that includes classic yoga postures, meditation, and breathing exercises – often done at a leisurely pace with breaks between poses.
The purpose of Hatha yoga is to create balance between body and mind – between strength and flexibility, activity and calm. “Hatha” represents the duality of life: yin and yang, masculine and feminine, dark and light. Through training, we seek to balance these opposites, so that you achieve harmony and presence.
This form of yoga is especially good for beginners, as the pace is slow and each pose is performed with precision and awareness.

Yoga for beginners
The class is designed for beginners, but the slightly more experienced will also be challenged with strengthening and longer poses. You will get a calm and professional experience, where we guide you safely through the exercises.
In the teams we work with:

This combination creates a versatile workout that both strengthens the body and reduces stress.
If yoga is not the right choice for you, you can instead consider pilates, pilates reformer, body reformer, reformer training or a course with a personal trainer.
