Pilates is a training method invented by the German Joseph Pilates at the beginning of the 20th century. The method is based on respect for the body and the physical and mental level that the practitioner is at at the given time.

A team that suits your level

Beginner team:
Is for you who want to learn the basic techniques, stabilization and control of the core. After 5–6 times you can gradually combine the beginner training with Pilates 1, and later Pilates 2, when you want more challenge.

Lightly practiced & practiced team:
Is for those who have mastered the basic techniques and are ready to focus more on dynamic flexibility training, where the stabilization of the core and spine forms the starting point for increasing the flexibility and endurance of the core muscles.

The level requires some degree of mastery of the training principles and the capacity to stabilize the pelvis and spine.

We ensure that you receive safe and targeted training with constant focus on correct technique and progression.
