Different courses for different needs

We offer two types of courses – depending on how deep you want to go in your dietary analysis.

The little diet guide – 60 minutes (800 DKK)
A good choice if you want an overview of your habits and inspiration for healthier choices. You get a measurement of body fat percentage, body weight and a review of your eating patterns.
Suitable for those who want to start a lifestyle change or want new motivation.

The big diet analysis – 90 minutes (1,400 DKK)
A more in-depth course with a diet plan, 5 weigh-ins and measurement of body fat percentage. We analyze your eating habits, energy needs and goals, so you get a personal plan that ensures results. This package is suitable for those who want a specific course – e.g. weight loss, muscle building or better performance in training.

Extra guidance – 30 minutes (200 DKK)
A follow-up session with weighing and measuring body fat percentage so you can follow your progress and maintain motivation.
